MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn Police Officers Recinos and Kostovski responded to the Millburn Standard Restaurant July 15 on a report of an assault. They spoke with the Millburn Standard security guard, who told them that he was punched in the face multiple times by a man who then left and walked toward Essex St.
The officers located the suspect, Thomas Levecchia, age 47, of Scotch Plains, in Millburn Municipal Parking Lot 5 and arrested him. According to the officers, “He was charged with simple assault and was released on his own recognizance.”
