Man arrested for firing gun at Kroger security guard.

Cincinnati police arrested a man accused of shooting a gun at a security guard outside the Kroger on Kenard Avenue Monday

Phillip Dyck, 44, of Cincinnati was arrested in connection to the shooting.

He was charged with felonious assault, discharging a firearm on or near a premises and criminal damaging.

The security guard confronted Dyck in the parking lot for stealing goods from the store, according to a police report.
